yes he played terrible last season. I would offer a 4th round pick for Phillips.

One would think. I watch all the Buc games, he missed about 60 tackels,and his 2 picks were against the Seahawks when that game didn't matter to them. He missed so many tackles, he was unrealible in coverage. He got exposed
