just post a topic in the lions thread that says roster/depth and then one that says trading block and post whos for trade

Its not crutial that you complete a depth chart yet (if thats the reason your looking for a roster), but just find the most recent lions roster that you can find and use that.
Then you can trade players to other teams by agreeing on a trade then posting it in the trades thread, and saying "I agree" then it will get finalized. (just thought id put this out there to relief an explanation in the future)
